Métèk is a sculptural chair made with melted recycled plastic, loosely draping a simple steel structure. Each edition is unique and made to order. The shape, coloration and dimensions are expected to vary.
Métèk draws its name from Metics, second class citizens from ancient Greece, including resident foreigners, immigrants, refugees, and formerly enslaved people. FUCK ICE. DESTROY FASCISTS.
